Location: Classes normally take place at the tutor's house in Crowborough or, depending on accessibility, at the client's house.

Cost: Charges for tuition are based on the subject and level being taught, the frequency and duration of the lessons and the location of the teaching. In general charges are reasonable and competitive compared with those of tutorial agencies.

Travel: If tuition takes place at the client's house a charge for travel expenses and time may be made.

Groups: Arrangements can be made for suitable teaching facilities for groups.

Assessment: This takes place during the first meeting and a course plan is established according to this.

Other subjects: These may be available with clients being referred on to other tutors.
